Preparing For Class:
  • Avoid eating 2 hours prior to class if possible.
  • Avoid wearing perfumes to class.
  • Silence all cell phones during class.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
  • Bring an exercise mat and water. Some students also like to bring a small blanket to use during relaxation.
  • Lastly, enjoy your class!
